
Authorities issued a search report for the disappearance of two minors in different parts of the state.
This is Diana Katherine Ruiz Torres, 13, who was last seen on June 27 in the Zertuche neighborhood in Guadalupe.
According to the information in the file, the minor has white skin, a thin build, light brown hair, and a mole on the right side of her lip.
The second minor, identified as Ricardo Santibañez Balderas, 15, disappeared in the Las Palmas neighborhood of the municipality of García on June 28.
He is of average build, light brown complexion, as a distinctive feature it was reported he has a tattoo on his neck that says Laura and on his left forepart another of the Holy Death.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black jeans, a navy blue polo shirt with a light blue stripe across the chest, and black tennis shoes.
The State Investigation Agency and the Specialized Immediate Search Group requested the public’s support and any information that could help determine his whereabouts, please call 81 20 20 44 11 and 81 19 90 38 73.
