The search is over! On June 1, 55-year-old Felisa, who had been reported missing in Purísima del Rincón, Guanajuato, was found dead in León, Guanajuato.
Felisa, who had been reported missing since April 20 after leaving her home, was found in a clandestine grave in the community of La Mora, León.
After his disappearance, family and friends filed a complaint with the Guanajuato State Attorney General’s Office to activate a search report. A social media campaign was also launched to locate him.
Recently, after nearly two months of searching for her, the Alba Guanajuato Protocol was deactivated. The official publication reads: “Deactivation of the Alba Guanajuato Protocol for Felisa “N”, 55 years old, Purísima del Rincón, Gto. Thank you for your help!”
After the discovery, her family and friends deeply mourned Felisa’s loss. “To those I loved and who loved me, rest assured, I have closed my eyes to the earthly world, but I have opened them to the kingdom of heaven, where I am at peace and at rest,” reads a social media post.
