A tragedy struck the family of Iranilce Oliveira, 28, from Piauí, Brazil, daughter of Pastor Ângelo Márcio, known at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Teresina.
The young woman was stabbed to death by her ex-partner in Guimarães, Portugal, where she had been living for approximately a year. The crime occurred last Friday (14) and the suspect, identified as André Oliveira, is on the run.
According to information from the Portuguese Judicial Police, Iranilce Oliveira was attacked inside her home by her ex-boyfriend, who stabbed her several times. Neighbors called authorities after hearing screams, but by the time police arrived, the attacker had already fled. The young woman did not survive her injuries and died at the scene.
Larissa had recently ended her relationship due to domestic violence, according to family reports. She worked as a caregiver for the elderly and planned to return to Brazil later this year
The family is struggling to afford the transfer of the body to Piauí. The estimated cost of repatriation is around R$60,000, including documentation, airfare, and funeral costs.

“He was a sweet person, full of plans. We’re desperate, and any help is welcome,” said Raquel Márcio, the victim’s sister, in an interview with Eva News.
According to a family friend, Iranilce’s parents and her entire family are shocked by the brutal crime committed against the young woman. Her body will be transported to the city of São Miguel do Tapuio, where they live.
